The Sunshine Coast is a 50-minute ride by BC Ferry from Horseshoe Bay (W. Vancouver) to Langdale on the Sechelt Peninsula to the town of Gibsons where from there to the town of Sechelt you may get tours or a float plane to view the falls/picnic or continue up Highway 101 which is the world 's longest highway to the tidal rapids at Skookumchuck Narrows and tours leaving from the town of Egmont. |
Princess Louisa Inlet is about eight kilometers (five miles) in length, 300 meters (1,000-feet deep) and no more than 800 meters (1/2 mile wide) at its broadest point and is almost completely enclosed by mountains which rise sharply from the water's edge to elevations of 2,100 meters (7,000 feet) plus. |
| At Chatterbox Falls there is about 800 metres of trail and boardwalk. If this is too easy an adventure there is a extreme trail into the Alpine/lake and to the icefield far above Princess Louisa Marine Provincial Park. |
